The Crafty Gnome Comprehensive Guarantee protects you when you purchase items from the crafty-gnome.com website. Our guarantee covers both the timely delivery and the condition of your items. If either are unsatisfactory, you can report the problem to us and our team will determine if you are eligible for a refund.
You may be eligible to request a refund under the Comprehensive Guarantee if any of the following apply:

Note: If you file a chargeback with your payment provider or bank, you will not be eligible for a refund under the Comprehensive Guarantee.

If after several days you have not received your refund, first check your bank account or your credit card account again as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@crafty-gnome.com.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
