Crafty Gnome Comprehensive Guarantee

The Crafty Gnome Comprehensive Guarantee protects you when you purchase items from the website. Our guarantee covers both the timely delivery and the condition of your items. If either are unsatisfactory, you can report the problem to us and our team will determine if you are eligible for a refund.


You may be eligible to request a refund under the Comprehensive Guarantee if any of the following apply:

  • You have not received your package and three days have passed since the maximum estimated delivery date or the tracking shows a delivery confirmation, whichever is sooner.
  • You received an order that is different than expected.
  • You received an item that is in poor condition.

Note: You have up to 30 days after the maximum estimated delivery date to request a refund under the Comprehensive Guarantee.

Note: If you file a chargeback with your payment provider or bank, you will not be eligible for a refund under the Comprehensive Guarantee.

Note: Gift cards are non-refundable.

Note: This guarantee applies only to purchases made on the website.

Procedure to Request a Comprehensive Guarantee Refund

  • Please contact us to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. We will give you shipping instructions.
  • Send you returned item, along with proof of purchase to:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If after several days you have not received your refund, first check your bank account or your credit card account again as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
